does anyone understand boys? i think i have them all figured out, but i always hope to learn that i'm wrong: what i've learned from boys: 1. they will always tell you that you are special and different, ever hear this "you're not like all the other girls..." 2. they tell you that you are beautiful...which is either a lie OR they tell it to everyone, even the chicks you think are ugly!, which means....yeah, sadly, you are not special and judging by their opinion of your ugly friends...you might be just as ugly!... 3. they tell you that they are different....they are "not like all the other guys..." 4. everything they do is in hopes of sex or hooking up....everything is selfish... 5. ETC....(i'm bored now...) 6. (anyways...) the point of all this is that everything they say is all a game and a trap, a plan, an attempt at playing with your emotions,(which usually, always works!)...all just to get what they want... can anyone prove me wrong...please?? (long term boyfriends not included!)
hmmmm...i had an interesting day today...i recorded a song (juss messin' around) with my friend Scott, it's funny...now that i'm in a band everybody wants me to sing with them!! haha...not really everyone...but a lot more than before!! Before, nobody wanted me to sing with them...not even my own boyfriend..!! (NOW he's begging me to record some songs with him...!!) now it feels like, 'oh, she's in a band now, she must be important!'...silly people!! i've been here all along...i didn't just appear or something!! anyways computers are a waste of time, i'm going to bed now....if anyone really care's about the rest of my day, call me!! LoL...
1. make sure to hold on to your imagination, without it, you are nothing and boring... be creative and original!
2. don’t worry about what other people say and think...(they are boring and insecure!)

4. stay true to yourself and wear fun things that YOU like, do things that are fun to YOU!
5. remember that other people wish that they had the courage to be original.
6. other people are so cowardly and insecure that the must insult you (or others) so that they can feel better about themselves in their own minds, or so that people around then won't notice what's wrong with the person who is doing the criticizing!
7. colors are pretty. be fun. be interesting...getting older does NOT mean we need to be and look boring.
8. stay young, stay alive, be crazy, do crazy (UN-harmful) things!
9. don’t stress...things really aren’t a big deal.
10. make every moment fun, make life fun, pretend it’s a game...like homework is a game, work is a game...
11. be easily amused, find happiness in small things...laugh a lot...laughing relieves stress AND makes you feel better!
12. people only brag about “LAST WEEKEND...” because they are insecure and want to prove to everyone that they are cool, and that they "fit in" with everyone else, that they too have a "life."
13. love yourself for who you are...don’t try to be someone else (for example, don’t do something just cuz it’s “cool” and you don’t even like it....or don't STOP doing something because it's "un-cool"...like remember how everyone stopped roller blading in like sixth grade, because "bladers suck[ed]" and "sk8rz rule[d]!"...and you were "gay" if you roller bladed? well i find that my roomate likes to rollar blade, or LOVES to, but she instead was going to lame fraternity parties that she hated...because everyone else was...she has FINALLY stopped going to them, and she dropped out of her sorority ALONG time ago, because she relized it was lame! she is finally doing what SHE wants to, what SHE likes... )
14. singing can cheer you up, and make you hyper, give you energy....especially projecting when you sing!
I did all the html code or whatever it is called, on this site, bY hAND! so all the pretty colors and pictures you see were all typed in by hand...and it took forever and ever...and i wasted my time....so appreciate it! now! or else i'll bite you! *nite nite* xoxo
"judgemental people are boring" - my idea for a patch or bumper sticker...people who critize others are also scared of being judged, and therefore only do, wear, and say what is perfectly normal in the eyes of society...they are scared of new ideas and only do things when "everyone else is"...thus making them normal which is quite boring... don't you think? if the style was to wear white shirts only...don't you think the person wearing a light blue shirt is more...i dunno interesting? and interesting people are much much fun!
news for the week in star-land (i know, i know, it's so boring!!): hmmm...let's see, on wednesday i went to a recording studio for the first time in my life (i think!) and i had to be there for SIX HOURS!!! ahhhhhhhhh!! anyways, i got to record a song...but just playing around of course, i'm no-where near having the lyrics that i WANT for the song!! Friday...i don't remember...i did something with Chris...saturday i drove to TJ with my guitarist friend Josh (my second time being the DRIVER to TJ and my first time driving without Chris in the car....ahhhhh...scary!!! to anyone who doesn't know: i just got my lisense about three weeks ago, and i only had like ONE day to learn how to drive before my test!!!) anyway...Josh had never been to TJ at night, never been to a club, never danced before, and had never been out with a girl before, and he has never had a girlfriend, and he is 22!!!! about to graduate!! So anyways if anyone is looking for a NICE, FUNNY, but SHY, decent-looking Asian boyfriend, (who is going to be a famous guitar player one day...he is awesome!), let me know!! (Hey he really is super nice!! HE paid for gas to TJ, insisted on it, and put in like $20!! even though we only live like 30 min.s away from TJ!!!) And then while we were dancing i lost my glow sticks that are not really glow sticks...they like flash and stuff...after frantically searchng everywhere...i found one of them on the floor, upstairs, and it was all yucky and didn't want to light up very well anymore, and then i found only half of my other one...it's so sad...i'll be having their funeral tomorrow...(oh yeah and josh offered to buy me new ones!! so sweet, isn't he? of course i said no, though!!) Let's see then sunday sucked...Mia, Chris, and I went to blockbuster, a guitar shop, sav-on, and out to lunch, then we watched two movies, one with Josh, and we drank the BEST wine in the whole world, and then today Mia and I danced to our favorite hampster rave song....and that was my week...! xoxo -MayStar
why is that this is NOT a free country?? I could've sworn that we are are allowed to dress HOWEVER we want to, but it seems like everyone always wears the exact same things, everyone looks the same, and everyone is SO boring...they DO know that it IS a free country, right?? Anyways...i just went to our on-campus store, and everyon there just HAD TO mad dog me, and stare me down, cuz, oh i'm so so sorry, i don't dress normal...well i'm SORRY that i like to be CREATIVE and UNIQUE and FUN and DIFFERENT, is that some kind of crime? GOd! You'd think that i had murdered someone by the way the looked at me!!! They were ready to tear me to shreads!! They were like gonna eat me or something!! I'm so glad i was with someone, even if he didn't defend me! Oh well.....and to all who don't know, i've walked down library walk and people have actually YELLED things in my ear range, purposely, like "does she KNOW this is school?" or "WHAT is she wearing??" or "this isn't a night club!" God! people are MEAN!! i thought this was college, i thought we were all adults now, i thought we were OPEN MINDED now...i guess not!! Yeah maybe asians start to get MORE accepted as we grow older (says japanease Josh E.), but i get more and more discriminated agaist as time goes on, like back in junior high, everyone LOVED my style (right Jo, Jena, and Cic.??) and then in highschool "I wish I had the courage to wear what you wear, May!" and then highschool people got worse...a little, and NOW, college. HA. what a joke!! Sheep, sheep. sheep, everywhere!! doesn't anyone EVER have any of their OWN ideas?? oh well...i guess that's THEIR problem if they are boring!! much love everyone - starchick
i might not get to go to college next year cuz my fin.aid got screwed up...but then again maybe i'm being TOO negative...there is always that letter of appeal!
